Executive Compensation at Sentara Health (2024)

Sentara Health is a healthcare system with more than 34,000 employees who work at more than 400 sites of care including 12 hospitals in Virginia and northeastern North Carolina.  In addition, Sentara includes Optima Health, a health insurance provider for more than 1 million people in Virginia and Florida.

Although Sentara Health generally refers to one organization, Sentara Health includes dozens of organizations:  24 tax-exempt organazations, 20 taxable as a partnership, and 25 taxable as a corporation or trust.
