Executive Compensation at Endeavor Health (2023)

In 2022, Endeavor Health united 8 regional hospitals and 300 care centers across Chicago through NorthShore, Edward-Elmhurst Health, Northwest Community Healthcare, and Swedish Hospital creating the third largest healthcare system in the State of Illinois.  With more than 27,000 employees, Endeavor Health is made up of 19 tax-exempt organizations, 9 organizations taxable as partnerships, and 12 organizations taxable as corporations or trusts.

Endeavor Health Clinical Operations (Endeavor Health) reported total revenue of $2.2 billion in 2023, most of which came from “patient services.”

Expenses totaled $2.1 billion in 2023 (including $96 million in depreciation) with the largest expenses reported to be compensation ($870 million), medical supplies and drugs ($446 million), and fees for services ($358 million of which $85 million was for management fees and $81 million was for investments fees)
