To read about the supplemental executive retirement plan and housing allowances, go to the Form 990, Schedule J, Part III, Supplemental Information.

SHC has made housing loans to employees (it is unclear why a tax-exempt non-profit health care company is making housing loans – including reduced interest rate and zero interest rate loans – to employees since the purpose of non-profit healthcare companies is not to provide housing loans, especially for multimillion dollar homes):

  • David Entwistle received 3 loans (for housing) totaling $3 million. The balance due is $2.2 million.
  • Quinn McKenna received 4 loans (for housing) totaling $2 million.  The balance due is $1.7 million.
  • Dale Beatty received 1 loan (for housing) for $500,000.  The balance due is $500,000.

Can you recommend an org. that aids injured military soldiers other than the DAV or Wounded Warriors, who  seem to have the soldiers best interest at heart. Hard to find an org. that doesn’t overpay their CEOs an outlandish wage. Thank you.
