Bobo’s Oat Bars was created and founded by Beryl Stafford in 2005 in Boulder, Colorado where the company remains headquartered today. The bars are named after Beryl’s oldest daughter, who she affectionately calls “Bobo” and who serves as the inspiration for the bars. The Bobo Oat Bar was created out of Beryl’s desire to provide a nutritious but delicious snack food for her children and other like-minded people who enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle. Read more
