EWSH is a subsidiary of Sparrow Health System (SHS), a non-profit, tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) with 6 hospitals: Sparrow Eaton, Sparrow (the flagship), Sparrow Specialty, Sparrow Clinton, Sparrow Ionia, and Sparrow Carson.
