Nature’s All Freeze Dried Fruit

by Anne Paddock

Nature’s All Foods recently introduced nine organic and fair-trade certified freeze-dried fruit products to the market: raspberries, blueberries, bananas, mangos, apples, strawberries, pineapples, and a blend of bananas and strawberries or a tropical blend of mangos, pineapples, and bananas. Each packet of delicious crunchy dried fruit contains the organic fruit listed “and nothing else but love.”

The resealable bags of dried fruit contain 1.2 ounces (blueberries, strawberries), 1.3 ounces (raspberries), 1.5 ounces (mangos, apples, pineapple, and the tropical blend), 1.8 ounces (strawberries and banana blend), and 2.5 ounces (bananas) and sell for $5-$6 per bag. Distributed by Brand Storm. Inc., the organic freeze-dried fruits are made by carefully selecting organic ripe and tasty fruit and freeze drying the fruit to eliminate the water. Big fruity flavor and crunch are the name of the game here.

An excellent source of Vitamin C and fiber, Nature’s All Freeze Dried Fruits make a great crunchy snack on their own  or sprinkled on top of cereal or yogurt for natural added sweetness.
