Bragg’s Salad Dressings
Many people believe that a salad is not complete without a tasty salad dressing so the choice becomes whether to make a homemade version, which can be intimidating because there are so many decisions to make regarding the choice of ingredients (type of oil, vinegar, herbs, juices, spices) and determining the right combinations, or buy a pre-made salad dressing, which can be a huge timesaver (especially if empty salad dressing bottles are not in your kitchen inventory).
Walk down the grocery store aisle with row upon row of salad dressings and the whole process of choosing a healthy and tasty salad dressing can be overwhelming. The goal is to choose a salad dressing with two attributes: healthy ingredients and a yummy taste, which is difficult to find. Most salad dressings fall short but there are several salad dressings made by Bragg’s that not only taste great but also have an impressive ingredients list with no preservatives, chemicals, additives, or salt. The four (4) varieties include:

This dressing has s tangy zesty flavor and is an all-purpose salad dressing. Each tablespoon has 45 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 1 gram of sugar, and 30 mg of sodium.. My favorite Bragg dressing.

Made with purified water and organic ingredients: apple cider vinegar, mango puree, pineapple juice concentrate, rice starch, apple juice concentrate, lime juice, Hawaiian ginger, passion fruit juice concentrate, Hawaiian noni juice and stevia extract, this dressing can also be used as a marinade.
