Executive Compensation at JDRF (2021)

JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) is a tax-exempt non-profit based in New York City. Overseen by 15 independent voting members (board members) of the governing body (board), the JDRF raises about $225 million annually ($223 million, $213 million, and $239 million in 2021, 2020, and 2019, respectively).
Although JDRF touts itself as the “leading global organization funding Type 1 diabetes research,” $165 million was allocated to the general fund while $187 million was allocated to research grants over the past 3 years:
