Muesli Fusion

by Anne Paddock

Muesli Fusion is based out of Rochester, New York and is the creator of seven muesli cereals made from all natural, raw and organic ingredients including grains, nuts, dried fruits, and seeds. Each blend of muesli is designed for a specific target audience or for those that want a different cereal each day of the week:  low-fat, protein packed, no nuts or seeds, gluten-free, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, high fiber, and sweetened with nothing but dried fruit (five out of the seven blends with the remaining two containing cocoa nibs or cinnamon chips).

So take your pick (or buy all of them like me) and enjoy as a hot or cold cereal for breakfast or as a healthy snack on top of yogurt. A novel blend of ingredients first conceived by the Swiss, muesli is a healthy alternative breakfast food and a scrumptious chewy and crunchy blend of nutritious ingredients when created by Muesli Fusion.

Two years ago, Ian Szalinski started Muesli Fusion. An avid muesli eater but dissatisfied with the limited selection of muesli in the marketplace, Szalinski started mixing his own varieties and the rest is history. Very few people want to eat the same cereal every day of the week which seems to be the philosophy behind offering a variety of muesli selections. Try mixing the blends for even more combinations and eating with ice cold low fat milk….a great way to start the day!

This sounds great, Anne. I just ordered some Berry Burst for my home in Mexico. I will pick it up in Santa Fe next week.
