All-natural Kelapo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Cooking Spray is one of the newest alternative cooking sprays on the market. Made with one ingredient:  unrefined cold-pressed organic extra virgin coconut oil, Kelapo Cooking Spray is a surprisingly healthy and delicious alternative to vegetable oil sprays, butter, and margarine. Founded in 2009 by Erin Meagher – a self-described “nut” for coconut, the company sources certified organic farmers to harvest and extract high food grade extra virgin coconut oil and has the oil shipped in eco-friendly containers to the United States where the oil is packaged in a 5 ounce cooking spray container, regular containers (8 ounce, 14 ounce, 15 ounce, 29 ounce, and gallon sized), packets (0.5 ounce – 1 tablespoon), and softgels (1000 mg for those who prefer to take coconut oil as a supplement).
