The Triplet

by Anne Paddock

My motto for a handbag used to be “the bigger the better” but searing shoulder pain and frustration at my inability to find anything in what my husband calls “the big black hole” led me to rethink my lifelong penchant for carrying a huge purse. Enter the “Triplet” – an 8 inch by 5.5 inch by 2 inch crossbody purse (that can also be carried as a pouch by simply detaching the strap) with three separate compartments with top zipper closures that gives new meaning to “great things come in small packages.”Triplet_Abyss

Lightweight, cruelty-free (made with faux-leather and no animal products) and lined with recycled nylon, the Triplet is a master organizer that makes finding your stuff easy while being a fashionable, great-looking lightweight purse that won’t tax your shoulders or back.Triplet_Sage

The beauty of the Triplet (besides its looks) is that its one of the few purses that really organizes your stuff. Put an-i-phone in one section, money and change in another, credit cards, lipstick, keys, and even an epi-pen in another. Forget about a wallet because the Triplet is a wallet and purse all in one.Triplet_Interior

Made by Matt and Nat whose motto is “to live beautifully,” the Triplet comes in 10 colors (black, cocoa, petal, abyss, bordeaux, sage, grape, gravel, macaroon, and natural-cork) although new colors are introduced each season because the style is so popular. Normally priced at $85-$90 each, the Triplet is on sale for $51-$59 (except for the Bordeaux and Natural Cork) on-line at the company website:  www.mattandnat.com, with free shipping for all orders over $200. But, hurry the Triplet is selling out quickly.triplet-macaroonPhoto Credits: Matt & Nat
